Shipping and Returns
Your order will ship within 2 business days after you place it. Often your package will even leave the same day you place your order. (If you have already placed an order you can check your order status through your Customer Account page.) In the unlikely event your order is delayed more than 2 days, we will email you. We ship Monday through Friday from our headquarters in Niles, Illinois.
For your protection, we require UPS to get your signature at the time of delivery. If there is no secure place for package delivery at your home, it might be a good idea to have your package delivered at work.
Please be sure that your address is complete and correct. When UPS needs to correct an address, they charge us an $8.00 fee. If your address needs to be corrected, we will need to add this fee to your credit card.

- Via UPS 2 Day Afternoon Delivery-a flat $15 per order, regardless of order size.
- Via UPS Next Day Afternoon Delivery-a flat $30 per order, regardless of order size.
- Please keep in mind that in addition to the transit times listed here, it will take up to 2 business days to process your order. Typically UPS Next Day and UPS 2 Day orders receive priority and will ship the same or the next business day. Note that UPS will deliver your package Monday through Friday (no weekends).
We ship UPS 2nd Day Delivery. The flat fee is $25 per order, regardless of order size.
Kidorable gladly accepts orders from all around the world. We ship UPS Worldwide Expedited. Shipping rates vary depending on the delivery address for your order, and will be shown at checkout. We ship UPS Ground to Canada for a flat $15.
Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country where you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.
We're sorry. But at this time we are unable to ship to the following countries: Belgium, China, Denmark, Finland, the Former Yugoslavia, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, the UK, and Vietnam.
Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
You will receive an e-mail Order Confirmation within minutes of placing your order. Your order number will be included. We encourage you to save or print your e-mail Order Confirmation for your records.
We will also e-mail you when your order ships and include tracking numbers so you will know exactly when to expect your order on your doorstep.
Not what you were expecting? Returns are easy at Kidorable.com. Plus, you have 60 days to decide! You may return any new, unused item still in its original packaging that was sold and shipped directly by Kidorable.com within 60 days of the ship date for a full refund or exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If Kidorable is not at fault, you would be responsible for the return shipping costs.
If you would like to exchange your item within 60 days, send the item back to us (see instructions below) and we will pay the freight cost to ship the exchanged item back to you. After 60 days, unused merchandise can only be exchanged. Customers must pay all shipping costs for exchanges after 60 days. All packaging of the individual items must be returned in original condition. Items not returned with intact packaging will be subject to a $5 repackaging fee.

Also, we can only pay freight charges (according to the above policies) for items shipped within the continental United States.
The Kidorable brand is your assurance of quality craftsmanship. Used defective merchandise can be returned within 90 days from date of shipment for an exchange in the same size and style. Within the 90 day guarantee period, Kidorable will pay the shipping cost to replace a worn defective item. "Defective" is defined as a functional impairment to the use of the product (such as an umbrella that won't open or a leaky boot) and not a cosmetic change in the detailing of the product that doesn't affect its use (such as imperfect printing, sun damage, or an antenna that falls off).
After 90 days and up to 6 months from the date of shipment, Kidorable will replace the defective item, as defined above, in the same size and style as originally ordered. In this case the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to and from our facility in Niles, Illinois.
After 6 months from date of shipment of the original item, there is no warranty on any of the items marketed on this web site.

While it's best to take the goods back to the store you bought them originally, we're happy to help you. Feel free to follow the same exchange policy (exchange only, no refund) as above for both good and defective items. Note, however, that if you did not purchase directly from Kidorable.com, we will need a copy of the receipt where you did buy the product so we can confirm the purchase date. Also, you would be responsible for paying all shipping costs, so please include a check made out to Kidorable for $7.95.
Sorry. Without proof of purchase date we cannot accept any exchanges for defective merchandise. However, we will gladly accept exchanges for merchandise in perfect condition, even without proof of purchase date.
If you received an item as a gift that was purchased at Kidorable.com and need to return it, please follow the guidelines and instructions above for making a return. Per your instructions, we can either exchange the product for yourself, refund the gift purchaser for the returned items, or put the refund amount on a Kidorable Gift Card.
If your item is a gift and you don't have a receipt, we can exchange non-defective merchandise only. In this case you would be responsible for paying all shipping costs, so please include a check made out to Kidorable for $7.95.

1. There is a $5 fee for returned unused items not in original packaging-ok if towels or coats are unfolded, hangers missing tissue paper, etc., so long as we don't need to replace the packaging.
2. Customers always pay shipping back to Kidorable, unless the item had a factory defect or we made a shipping error.
3. Any item that is returned but does not follow our return guidelines will not receive a refund or exchange. Once these goods are sent to us we cannot return them back to the customer.
4. If you didn't buy your items from Kidorable.com we can still exchange (not refund) your new or defective product according to the above guidelines. You must provide proof of purchase with purchase date, send the items to us at your expense, and send a check for shipping for $7.95. If you don't have a receipt, we can exchange non-defective merchandise only.
5. Kidorable will only pay freight (according to the above policies) for orders shipped within the continental United States.
Packages that are refused will be refunded to the credit card, Kidorable Gift Card, Google Checkout, or PayPal account originally used for the purchase, less shipping costs. If you received free shipping on your original order, we will still need to charge back your account $7.95 for freight costs. We are unable to refund shipping costs on refused deliveries.
Simply mail your item(s) using our prepaid return label. Download the prepaid label and print it here. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to download this file. To install Adobe Acrobat Reader, click on the icon below.
If appropriate (see above), we'll deduct a flat fee of $6.00 from your refund for return postage.
If your item is an exchange, fill out the exchange portion of your pre-paid return label. You'll receive a confirmation e-mail once the package has been processed at our warehouse, and in-stock items will be sent right away.
Attach your return label to your box. You can use your original Kidorable box, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box. If there are any shipping labels, bar codes, or stickers on the box from previous shipments, please remove them before shipping.
If you decide not to use the pre-paid label, the $6.00 fee will not be charged. When using another shipping method, please be sure to send merchandise to the following address:

In order to credit you for your return we need to know who you are. Please make sure it will be easy for us to identify all of the following:
- Your name
- Order number
- Email address
- Daytime phone number
- Reason for your return
- If you wish to exchange your return, what specific item would you like us to send to you?
You'll receive a confirmation email once the package has arrived at our facility. We strongly recommend returning items using a traceable shipping method. We are not responsible for your return until it is confirmed delivered at our warehouse. You will want to be able to track it just in case there is a problem with delivery.
Any item that is returned but does not follow our return guidelines will not receive a refund. We're sorry, but once these goods are sent to us we cannot return them back to you.
We will credit your account through your original payment method within 4 weeks after you give your package to the return shipper, although often you will receive a refund sooner. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be credited for the return and then charged for the new item. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.
