What is the size range you carry?
Most Kidorable products are designed for children aged 2-6. Many of our products are available for babies and for children as old as 11.
Do you have a sizing chart that recommends sizes by age and gives product measurements?
I'm concerned about product safety, such as lead contamination and phthalates. What do you do to ensure Kidorable products are safe?
At Kidorable we take product safety very seriously.

We have a full-time team of quality control experts assuring that our factories meet our high standards. We also regularly test the quality of our products in internationally recognized labs for lead, phthalates and other toxic substances. All Kidorable products meet or exceed all voluntary and mandatory product safety standards.
Shopping Online
Is there sales tax on my purchase?
If your order is being shipped to an Illinois address, we must include a 10% sales tax on your purchase. There is no sales tax included if your order is not being shipped to Illinois.
If I prefer, can I order by phone?
We're sorry. At this time all orders are entered directly on our website. This helps keep our prices low and allows us to process your order faster.
How do I place an order?
It's easy. Just click here to start shopping. One at a time, choose the items you wish to purchase and click the button that says “Add to shopping cart”. When you have finished shopping, click on the Shopping Cart icon on the top of the screen. Double check that the items and sizes of everything in your cart are correct, then click "Proceed to Checkout".

If you have an account with us, you can log in now to automatically fill in your billing and shipping information. Otherwise you can open a new account, or make your purchase without an account (although we recommend that you do open an account so you will be able to check your order history online at any time).

On the final page, enter your billing information and when finished, press "Place your order". That's it.
I'm unsure if my online order went through. What should I do?
Check your email to see if you have received an order confirmation from Kidorable. If not, please check your Junk Email box and add Kidorable to your safe senders list. If you don't see it there either, wait 5 minutes and check again. You can also check your order status at the Customer Account Center.

If you still haven't received your order confirmation, make a note of the error showing on your screen, if any. Then contact customer service at help@kidorable.com. We will research your order and verify if we have received it. For security reasons, please don't send credit card information via email.
How do I get a coupon code?
Kidorable doesn't have sales open to the general public. However, we do sometimes send special offers directly to our customers. Sign up now to receive the latest Kidorable news, updates and member promotions.
How do I use a coupon code?
Simply go to your shopping cart by clicking on the cart icon at the top of the page. At the bottom of the page, click the "Have a coupon?" link, enter your coupon code in the box provided, and click the 'Give me my discount!' button.
Is it too late to make changes or cancel my order?
We ship your order to you as quickly as possible. It depends on the status of your order and whether it has been processed and/or shipped. You can contact our customer service representatives via email at help@kidorable.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Are my transactions secure?
Absolutely. Our website uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology, which renders information unreadable should anyone attempt to intercept it.

To verify your connection is secure, check your browser window in the status bar and you should see an unbroken key or a closed lock every time you send us personal information (such as when entering your password, entering payment information, etc.). That tells you the SSL is active and your information is secure.
What is your privacy policy?
Kidorable takes every measure possible to ensure the privacy of your personal information. At no time will we share any unauthorized information stored in our customer database with any third party. We use outside delivery companies to deliver orders, and a credit card processing company for billing. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

I own a retail store. How can I sell Kidorable in my store?
It's easy. Just take a minute to fill out our online form and we'll contact you within 2 business days. Or if it's between 9-5 CST Monday-Friday, call us at 1(800)422-9516 to speak with a salesperson. You may also visit our wholesale website.

Your delivery requires a signature. How do I waive this?
For your protection, UPS requires a signature for proof of delivery. If you wish, have us deliver your purchase at work during the day if that's where you'll be. Don't forget to provide us with your full name and your company's name when ordering this way.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal. Please note that PayPal method also includes American Express and bank transfer options.
What is PayPal?
PayPal is a payment method for online purchases enabling buyers and businesses to send and receive money online. As of today, PayPal has over 100 million member accounts in 190 countries and regions. One advantage of using PayPal payment method is that it offers faster, easier checkouts. Also, with PayPal, Kidorable cannot see any of your credit card information.
How do I use a PayPal payment option on Kidorable ?
When you are ready to checkout, click on the "Checkout with PayPal" button at the bottom of your cart. You will then be transferred to PayPal's secure payment system to complete your transaction.
